ABOUT US
MaxG Networks is a provider of In-Building Commercial Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Emergency Responder Radio Communication System (ERRCS) solutions. We provide consulting, data collection, design, installation, integrations, optimization and maintenance services.
We enable you to meet the rapidly escalating demand, expectations, and requirements for leading edge connectivity from tenants, customers, employees, fans, and visitors. We ensure that buildings have emergency responders’ communication coverage for first responders. We also work closely with wireless service providers to identify, design and implement an adequate commercial cellular solution to meet our customers’ needs and fulfill carrier standards and requirements.
With the evolution of next generation 5G networks, in-building DAS solutions provide coverage for handsets and FirstNet while in the building. They also enable the deployment of Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence systems and solutions to manage lighting, HVAC, water, safety, maintenance, security and much more.
Emergency Responders Radio Communication coverage is required by municipalities to meet the coverage requirements identified in the IFC and NFPA code to assure first responders have critical communications once they enter a building.

LEADERSHIP
JOHN KIDD, FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
John formed MaxG Networks to enable building owners and managers to take advantage of the leap forward in network capabilities and associated technologies. John has put together a world class team of partners with the experience, expertise, and scale to deliver the best In- Building network solutions.
Prior to MaxG, John started Kidd Communications (2002) focused on the marketing and sales of carrier voice and data services and large enterprise network and data center equipment with total sales exceeding $300 million. Kidd Communications was a key player in negotiations and board consultant of a strategic vendor-client contract that included a $50 million joint venture fund created to commercialize network communications and healthcare technologies. Kidd Communications consulted ADT Security on carrier and network services, fiber to the home initiatives, and several video analytics and cellular technology projects.
Prior to telecom and network infrastructure business, John played 15 seasons in the National Football League. He earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
